Interest subsidy payments should equal the difference between the lender's rate of interest and the rate determined in accordance with 25 U.S.C. 1464. BIA will fix the amount of interest subsidy as of the date it approves the interest subsidy request. \[66 FR 3867, Jan. 17, 2001, as amended at 67 FR 63543, Oct. 15, 2002\]
